My name is Joe and I've been dieting and exercising the last 3 months. I don't follow any specifcs as to what % of what to eat, I just use to keep track and only eat healthy foods, for the most part. Besides this I just use my kettlebells and help around the yard as much as I can

It has gone very well, in just 3 months I've lost 40 pounds. I have some concerns over the weight I've lost, but that is for another thread.
