Hello to everyone here!
I just found this forum & have been reading your stories.
Very inspirational!

I am at the start of a campaign to lose the extra 20lbs that I have gained in the last five years from overeating & inactivity.
I am 50 years old & work at my home studio making glass beads.

I have been really happy with my art & financial independance but have allowed this area of my life to take most of my attention.

The weight has crept on slowly but has started to come off.

I eliminated wheat & refined sugar from my diet two months ago & feel just awesome. I am concentrating on eating healthy whole foods & 30 minutes of excercise 5 days a week.

I would love to hear from any of you who have taken wheat out of your diet to hear how it affected you.
 
hello and welcome! i dont really take wheat except for an occasional breakfast cereal, so i can't say much about that lol.. guess u're making a good start by eating healthy whole foods.. that's what i'm trying to do too.. anw all the best to u!
