Hello from Brooklyn!

Hi guys! My name is Parra and I'm in my mid 30s. While I may not considered myself overtly fat I'm definatley out of shape and overweight. I really want to get back to how I was in high schoo or at least near it. I was on the swim team, volleyball team and my gym coach was an ex-marine so I was never in better shape both mentally and physically.

I'm looking for tight, toned, stronger and lighter as the body I should have by the end of the year. I started swiming again and hope to see some results soon. Throwing in biking, yoga, running and last but not least DIETING to the mix.

Any tips as my progess continues will be greatly appeciated.:action11:
