Hello All,

I have been working at losing some excess weight since November 2nd.

I started at 257.8 and I am at 244.0 currently want to get to 170.

I am doing this by trying to eat better and exercising.

I have a treadmill and some resistance bands.

I started by doing 40 minutes putting my heart rate to 112 (46yrs old)
Then increased it to 40 minutes heart rate 120

Now I am doing 40 minutes 1t 120 then do some strength work with resistance bands. Then I do another 30 minutes on treadmill with heart rate of 139

I have been doing this everyday since Nov 2nd trying to increase my metabolism and improve my health.

I enjoy the time on the treadmill as I put a TV in front of it and try to watch Hockey or Football when exercising.
