I'm kind of confused as to what you're looking for. Most of the people here won't advocate any "new" diets. For the large majority they'll suggest eating fewer calories than you burn.
When you say "a diet that's not a diet will work 100% of the time" do you mean a diet (a specific plan for eating which includes allotted amounts of calories, protein, carbs, fiber, etc) that's not a diet (a regimented eating plan that often restricts calories to an unhealthy degree in an effort to lose weight more quickly) will work because it's a lifestyle change, not a quick fix?
