Hello all, I am a 62 yr old type 2 diabetic here looking for fitness ideas to help me control my blood sugars.
I am not on any meds just diet and exercise. My post prandials generally run from the high 90s to 115 or so.
At present I walk 10 miles 2-3 times a week at 3.5-3.8 miles an hour which includes 1.75 miles both up and down hill. On alternate days I lift weight and do sit ups and push ups. I need to increase the weights.
I am at present 5'10/230 lbs.
