AHey! I'm new here and i have about 20lbs to lose. I've gotten so fast and now it seems as though my motivation it's gone. I was 5 away from my goal and now I'm back to 20. I am so embarrassed that i did all that work to lose 70lbs and now i can't lose 20. Before it was easy to just count calories, now i need to change diet and exercise. Any support would be great.
