Hello from a newbie

Hello all, I'm also new to this forum, so let me introduce myself briefly. I'm 29 male, live in England, 6 feet tall and I've got around 20lbs to lose (mostly on my belly). I used to be overweight a couple of years ago, so these 20lbs are the last to fall off really. I also go to the gym 3 times a week and I signed up for a home delivered diet plan (man-diet uk), which is all I can do at the moment as I'm really busy (I work extra hours most of the time).

The reason I'm here is to keep my motivation high so I stick easily to my diet plan and exercise.

We are happy to help keep you modivated. Is there anything specific that could help? Maybe a shirt you want to wear that is a little tight or doing something you can't now?
