Hi there, I'm fairly new to dieting as have always had a good metabolism however once I hit 30 it's started to get a little harder...

I've tried a few diets since hitting 30 a few years back but the latest I think I'll try is the Caveman Paleo diet... Does anyone have any feedback about this?

I tried that diet for about a week, and let me tell you, it's TOUGH. If you're used to eating large portions, you have a lot to adjust to, because you have to eat nuts/berries/fruit through the day. At least, that's the one I followed. You were then allowed a "feast" of whatever you want at night. I didn't have the willpower to keep it up, my mind just wasn't in the game.

Just remember to drink a LOT of water and eat a variety of nuts and fruit and fill up on protein for your feast :). If you find it hard to do, consider following a less restricted but calorie aware meal plan. You can still eat what you want, just less.
