Hello Friends!

Hey This is Perks from New Jersey. After my second baby I was 198 pounds! I started my workout program in a local gym. In almost 6 months I have lost 19 pounds. I am 179 pounds. Its really getting very tough from here as this week I did not see the needle of the scale buzz at all.I am tall and athletic built. My goal is to achieve 160 pounds. Need motivation.
