Hello Fitness Forum

Hello to all the members on this site.

Just for personal reasons I'll refer to myself here as Seperah :)
I'm am or was a coach potato for many of my teen years to the point that I hate doing any form of exercise with a passion. Instead I'd play video games and sit on my butt most of the time until quite recently where the transition from kid to adult altered my view on health and nutrition. Now I am a serious clean eating enthusiast and pollotarian :)
Unfortunatly I still havent found the means to get motivated to move myself off the couch much but with the help of my partner I am slowly doing more and more exercise and improving my weight and lifestyle.

Currently I would probably weigh around 70-80kgs which is more then ideal in my own eyes. The main reason I joined this forum is to seek out help, tips and advice and increase my motivation to lose weight and remain fit and healthy.
So far over the two weeks I have been exercising and eating right I've lost a quater of my belly size - which is my main goal, to have a flat, tones stomach and good bikini body ready for summer.
I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can and meeting new people along the way :)

you should start a journal. Help track your exercise routine and eating habits. It's much easier to offer direct advice than "exercise regularly and eat healthy" :)
