hello everyone

today is my first day starting on this cutback and exercise program that i came up with. i am praying that i stick with it this time. i have gained to much weight sitting around and eating. its time for me to get up on it again. i've lost weight before and i know that i can do it again. hopefully this time i won't get bored and quit!!
 
i did a 15 min aerobics workout to night. my lower back started hurting. i am going to stick with it. i am going to keep trying. my goal is to lose this weight! i will be back at it tomorrow morning.
