I'm brand new to the forum and glad that I found it. I am interested in contributing to the dialogue, as well as, getting some good tips and info from everybody.
I have tried to keep fitness an integral part of my life since my teen years, but in the last year I had pushed it to the bottom of my priority list. I am trying to get back on track and so I have begun a home fitness program.
