Hello everyone!!

Hi everyone, I thought I'd join as I want to get advice to improve on my body.

I'm 21 years old and I started training properly about October last year.

This is my improvement from then till now, I think I've done pretty well on my abs and I've lost around 1 stone 10 pounds.

I'm still trying to improve and just to be clear this is the sort of body I am hoping to achieve eventually.

Looks like you will need to be doing a mix of weights and cardio to build you up and keep yourself relatively lean.
Diet will be fun cutting the line between allowing excess enough for growth but not so much that you lose the trim standard you want.
I remember doing that for a number of years. Joy of functional training, gain a bit, lose a bit, don't care as long as your ability improves.
