Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum, but not to the workout ;)

I have been working out for couple of years now. But I just worked out to maintain my normal physic. Now I wish to build lean muscles and six pack Abs.

My body fat percentage at this time is about 18% and I wish to reduce it to about 11% in 3 to 6 months.

Please suggest your recommended Diet and Workout Routines. I would prefer Dietary suggestion more. Please note I'm a vegetarian. And I'm from India.

I am not sure of your current fitness level. This is my recommendation. I would do P90X if you want the total body workout that you are not going to get bored with. That is what helped me shred from 21% to 13% really quick.
As far as nutrition – do not starve yourself – but eat lots of fruit, walnuts, yogurts, chicken and fish. Stay away from soda or anything with HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup). Ever heard of Shakeology? It is a mean replacement you can get. I take it at lunch to replace a meal. It does not have to replace a meal for it is only 140 calories, but I drink it and eat fruit with it. It will kill your appetite and hunger on the spot. Taste just like a Chocolate milkshake – not like a diet drink.

One of the main things, besides the above mentioned – that helped me out was drinking lots of water. I drink 2 liters a day. Water is a cure all drink that will do wonders for you. Do not drink too much – especially if you are not planning on sweating it out ;)
