Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to say hello as I am new to this forum. I guess I signed up because I've just about finished my recovery from a devastating Achilles tendon tear (almost 6 months ago). The recovery was supposed to take 1 year but I really worked hard to get my body back in shape and I'm almost 100% now!
I love fitness and want to encourage anyone out there that is dealing with physical setbacks. I know what it's like...I was pretty depressed when I got hurt but I'm so glad that I didn't give up.
Anyway, I'm still not all the way there but I will get back to all my typical activities. I look forward to hearing about your lives and what you all do to get healthy and stay healthy!
