Hello everyone!

Whats up everybody? I just signed up here hoping to help me stay motivated and get some good information. Im 20 years old, 5'10 and weigh in at about 172lbs. I have an associates degee in business but plan on pursuing a career in the police or fire department. I, like most others im sure :eek:, started my fitness workout for the new year.

Since I work two jobs, 8:30-12:30 then 2:00-8:00 gym time is a little difficult for me to come by. My diet consists of drinking only water, except for 2 cups of coffee a day which uses fat free milk and splenda. For breakfast, if I don't forget when I'm rushing out of the house in the a.m. lol is a nutri-grain bar or a special k 90 calorie breakfast bar. Obviously not my CHOICE of breakfast but its all I have time for. On Saturdays/Sundays I start my day off with a cup of coffee and eggwhites on whole wheat.

Lunch is usually grilled chicken, rice, vegetables, lettuce with fat free dressing etc... I like to mix and match :jump1: . My dinner consists of meals usually made from the Weight Watchers menu. My mother is very supportive, loves to cook, and also is tryin to drop a few lb's so I'm lucky. Sometimes broiled chicken with steamed veggies or a whole wheat pasta, etc...

I really dont try to have a "cheat day" because I'm tryin to stay focused. If I go out to eat i usually stick with a grilled chicken meal, maybe some light fish, and avoid bread at all costs unless whole wheat!

Well, It's kind of a long read lol sorry... but I'm just glad to be part of the forum and I have a few questions that I'll ask after I do some browsing!
