Hello Everyone

Well I am a 20 year old male living in gorgeous Southern California right now. I recently signed up for 24 hours fitness becuase it is really close to my house/work 5 minute drive. I am 6'1 about 160 lbs. I played soccer in high School but stopped once started going to college I honestly want to get fit nice six pack, and chest those are the two things I want to focus on the most. I have good legs from running in soccer which I still do. But do you guys ahve any pointers on helping me gaining nice chest and six pack before I leave for Europe this summer? Any comments would be grately appreciated thanks alot guys/ladies :)
