[Me next to my fiance pic is roughly 2 month old]
I have had it with feeling less than confident about myself, and I have had it with the feeling of always being tired out of energy and just feeling blah so to put it. My goal is to lose 58 pounds by October the 16th, the day my fiance and I are thinking of getting married.
I have tried to lose weight in the past, but now I truly have a reason to work for it.
I want to take up running, Ive always wanted to run. Never had the energy or the motivation to do it. Now I have the motivation and know to take it slow. I cant run a mile in 1 week I realize that. My honest goal, for the first of many, is to be able to run 1 minute without being exhausted. My all time goal? 1 mile without it being overly exhausting.
I cant wait to meet all of you and hear all of your personal goals and the success you have accomplished.
