Hi everyone!

I've just become a member of this weight-loss forum. Never thought of becoming skinny but rather fit and healthy (which is also my 2014 resolution). Happy to meet you all and would love to know more strategies helping me achieve my goals here :)

Welcome to the forum! If you have any interest, I suggest you start a diary in the 'weight loss diaries' subsection. There are a lot of helpful and supportive people there.
