Hey guys!
My name is Tyler(male). I am 22 years old and I've been happily married for almost 2 years now. We have been together for a total of 5 years and happiness isn't the only thing that I have received with marriage.
I am currently sitting at 260lbs at 6'. I have gained 50 lbs over the last 2-3 years, and I seem to only be gaining more weight. I have a goal of 200-210lbs
I don't have many plans on when and how I will lose this weight. I do know that I am going to change my diet right away. No more soda, no more fast food and no more overall high calorie food. I am not going to start much exercise right off the bat, I do plan on long walks starting tomorrow, but won't go much further than that until I get into a bit better of shape where I can attempt at jogging etc. I'm not sure of a goal on when to have this completed because I don't know what is a reasonable amount of time. I am going to take a picture tomorrow to post here later with my success. I think that I will do a bi-weekly picture to show improvements.
I am extremely lazy which makes things very hard for me to complete anything. I don't have much time in the day to put towards exercise, maybe about 1-3 hours a day. I don't have any plans on pills, herbs or anything, but would be open to the idea if it is extremely cheap and I am open to any ideas that you guys might have that will help me on my journey.
Thanks for reading and hope to see you around.
