Hello everyone! Another person hoping to lose weight here.

I'm hoping to maybe make a friend or two, and have lost of support :) I'd appreciate it!



( If I may ask does anyone have some exercising tips and food tips to help me lose weight? I really want to stick to this~! )
 
Hullo and welcome to the forum! I'd recommend making a diary in the diary section--It's more active than the newcomers page and you can post in your own thread each day with your food, exercise, general day-to-day bitching and chatting! And you can read other peoples to get ideas and tips :D I have a diary there and lots of people post in theirs every day so you can always find someone to chat to on there! Logging your food is an important part of losing weight :p Hope you like it here and welcome again!

Welcome! I agree with Sunflower that the diary section is the most active and it's a great way to keep you on track and have others checking in on you and giving you feedback.
