hello all. im new and was hoping to find some good advice and maybe someone to...partner up with to lose weight and get in shape. im 24 5`5 170 lbs. years ago i weighed up to 220 then it just fell off in 4 months, i didnt change my diet or activity level, (ive always been a bit avtive with playing sports since i was little) now i want to get in shape to join the army problem is i havent done cardio in years and im currently in a house on the river and its flooded so i dont have anywhere to run. i was hoping on suggestions i things i could do in the house without equipment. also ive been watching my diet...even went as far as to drop my calories to 900 after 1500 didnt work...didnt shed a lb with either(it wasnt junk food either lol) i just dont know what to do.
