Hi all,

I'm new to WLF and I am excited to be here. I like the idea of a support community, 2 is better than 1, 4 better than 2, you know. I am working on losing some weight, I have lost 25lbs so far and hope to lose another 25. After that I want to gain it back in lean muscle mass. I hope I can get some good info and hope I am of help sharing what I know on what has or has not worked for me.

Yes Curt! Accountability is the key! Post long and post often, the more bonds you make here, the more people will be cheering you on, the more you will be apt to keep going. That second 25 will take a little more focus but big congrats to you for what you have accomplished so far. Cardio, water, lean proteins andv eggie snacks are your goals right now. Glad that you are here!
