Hi folks my name is adam and i have just joint
Well i will start by tell you that i was 23.7 stone but over the last 2 years i have been on a diet and now weight 18 stone thats great but the problem is the man boobs i have had them since i was 13 years old and they have got bigger over the years so it got to a stage where i could not cope any more so on wedesday 7 july 10 i had surgery to remove them in london uk so far so good i am in lots of pain and very sore the surgury cost £4,500 because mine were so big he is a photo of me before the surgery

After surgery photos here are some photos of me directly after surgery and some 9 days after surgery as you can see i sill have a lot of fluid under the skin but it will go back into the body over the next few weeks. I will keep posting photos over the next few weeks regards adam
