I am here to get help and motivation from people like me. I am 23 and weigh 150, I am also 5 feet and 4 inchs I've always been 130 and the past year has been hell for me when it came to my diet. I love Sugar and I really want to cut on that. Any help I can get from you guys would be great. I feel fat and ugly when I look in the mirror, I know I shouldn't feel that way but I do. I hope I can get movitation from those that are on this site. Thank you so much. My goal is to lose atleast 35 pounds by June. I know this is gonna be hard but I am willing to try my best with your help. My biggest enemy is sugar and I plan to stop eating or drinking anything with sugar. Another thing is I hate exercising. So if you guys could give me tips to lose weight without exercising that would be really great.

Not sure why you would want to do that... Exercising is healthy for the inside of your body, not just the outside. You can be skinnier and be out of shape- a lot more out of shape than people who are "overweight" that are exercising.
