Hello Everyone.

I would first of all like to say it's nice to meet you all and I'm really looking forward to my time on the forum hanging out with all you wonderful people!! :grouphug:


Well I guess now I have said that I should go into my background.
I'm not gonna lie and pretend I've been a health junkie for in the past.... Cause I'd rather be truthful and take what ppl say for the trush then lie and be ashamed of it.

I'm 21 Years old and Male if ya haven't guessed by the name lol and I'm also for Leeds United Kingdom!

In the past I have been pretty stupid with what I eat and yea I regret it now my weight is 217.0 Lbs...... So heh I'm pretty disgusted with myself but I'm taking the first set into loseing weight!!!

Due to medical problems I'm not able to do the major gym exercises... I damaged my leg & foot when I was younger so after mass workout they give me alot of pain

Basicaly I'm stuck with walking, steps, star jumps(kinda thing) well basicaly anything I can do without equipment.

I do try to avoid fizzy drinks now but with it been xmas my family has kinda sent me alot of them but I make sure there DIET ONLY!

I do try and drink as much water as pos. And if when Im out of bottled water I use water from tap with Low cal, No added Sugar dilute juice.

Luckly my new apartment has a private staircase so I can use the steps here for step work out basicaly means I listen to my ipod while going up and down 1 step for 60 times >.< oh fun lol

Anyway dunno what else to say really heh.

Welcome here! Join in the fun and discussions. :) I'm sure if you poke in the exercise forums and check out some other diaries, you'll find some exercise suggestions that may work for you.
