Hello all! I'm new here (duh) and am looking forward to getting to know everyone.
I'm 33 years old, been working out pretty consistently for almost 3 years. Due to repeated falls off the proverbial wagon, I'm still 15 lbs away from my goal. I run, lift weights, bike, do TaeBo and I have recently fallen for Jillian Michaels and her workouts. My husband and I love to go hiking in the mountains either by ourselves or with our dogs. Our kids aren't too keen on it, but they get used to it.
I'm hoping to be able to give as much advice as I get, so if anyone has any questions, I'm all ears!
