Hello

Another newbie on the weight loss journey!
Needing to get back to being motivated and losing the rest of the weight i want to make me feel better about myself:willy_nilly:
About 2-3 yrs ago i was at my heaviest 237 lbs, and last year i managed to get down to 162 lbs, but have had a rollercoaster of a year with a lot of upsetting changes in my life, which arent completely over yet :(
And also the possibility of a mid life crisis in amongst it all too lol,being that i'm now 41..
Anyhow ive managed to put some of the weight back on and am now at 187 lbs..moving more and more away from the goal i was once heading towards :(
I would like to get down to 140 lbs so need to lose another 47 lbs which i hope will suit my 5ft 5.5 height:willy_nilly:

Just lately i have been in the trying to get back into the re-motivated mode...
And have decided i really need to just try and sort it again and not think about it lol
So here i am, going to start back on with eating healthily (and less and without the ton of sweet/choc stuff i've been consuming of late!) and getting some excercise back into my life from tomorrow!

Look forward to joining in on the forum when time allows and getting to know you all:cheers2:

Will start up a diary too to keep a track of what im doing :)

Welcome Aboard Zaffy,
You will find plenty of fun peeps here and lots of support. Your 140 goal is perfect for your height. I am 5'6 and with my bone structure I should be around 170 ... I wanted to be 160, but my bf doesnt want me going that low, and neither does any of my family and I have realized that 160 would be an unhealthy weight for me. When my mom weighed less she couldnt do that much, she even tried bike riding and didn't have the energy for it ..so your goal is perfect for your height and I am sure you know you are capable of doing it ...

This is a great place for support, as I said

so enjoy your stay ...
and enjoy the weight loss process as frustrating as it can be sometimes ..
