Hi, im 140kg at the moment and need to get to about 90kg.

I dont really know what sort of diet to do or where to start, id like to be able to lose 2-3kg a week and i think i wont get on well with low carb ones.

I dont mind doing a lot of exercise though, has anyone got any suggestions?
