I am a 38 yr old female. I am 5'8 and 153 lbs. I started a cleansing and fat burning program back in March of this year and was able to drop two sizes from a tight size 12 to an 8. Losing that weight was a miracle to me because I had been trying to lose those 17 pounds since 2002 when my last child was born. Anyway I have continued to eat healthy and I walk/jog 3-4 miles 3-5 days a week. I really need to lose more weight off my middle section. My goal is to drop another ten pounds. I really would like to do this before my 20 year high school reunion which is Sept 1st!
