I am a 38 yr old female. I am 5'8 and 153 lbs. I started a cleansing and fat burning program back in March of this year and was able to drop two sizes from a tight size 12 to an 8. Losing that weight was a miracle to me because I had been trying to lose those 17 pounds since 2002 when my last child was born. Anyway I have continued to eat healthy and I walk/jog 3-4 miles 3-5 days a week. I really need to lose more weight off my middle section. My goal is to drop another ten pounds. I really would like to do this before my 20 year high school reunion which is Sept 1st!:eek:
 
Hi Bekki,
You can lose 10 by then...good luck! Although you sound like you're at a pretty good weight right now, so your body may not respond really quickly. You know how they say the last 10 are the hardest. But 1,2 pounds per week is a reasonable goal.

Thanks Dorygirl! Well it may sound like I am a good weight but I have rolls in my middle section. I used the Isagenix cleansing and fat burning system. I had tried all of the over the counter products to curb my cravings but nothing ever worked. I have continued the Isagenix maintenance program and have been successful to keep the weight off. Though I am up three pounds from cheating on vacation. I just need to stay disciplined in my eating and exercising.
