Hi Everyone,

Well to tell a little about myself I am a college student out in the sticks of Virginia and I am in need of some support for my goal of weight loss. Currently, I have been able to manage my weight and keep it steady around 175lbs, but what I am aiming for is to become healthier, more energized and slim DOWN.... I myself have had a really big problem with losing weight, (and it seems that I'm terriffic at gaining instead!) and I really am aiming to try to drop 25lbs. I have always been on the chubby side growing up as a kid and I'm hoping now that I can change and create better habits for myself.
I am open to all suggestions and comments so feel free to leave anything. Hopefully with some support here I will finially be able to manage my health and weight properly.
