I just wanted to introduce myself, here's my little story:
I'm 23, recently graduated college, and I sick and tired of carrying around so much extra weight. I've been overweight since I was a child. I've tried the fad diets before, but I usually, just gain the weight back. I've decided, exercise is my best bet. I've never been into sports or any sort of heavy physical activity, but I need to try something slightly different.
So, I'm focusing more on working out, cutting back on bad foods, while increasing fruits and veggies. So far so good, since the beginning of Dec, I've dropped 12 pounds, but I'm starting to get bored, and I don't want to fall back into bad habits...
However, I'm really focused on pushing through this and sticking with my short and long term goals, because I want to lose about 100-120 pounds.
Okay, now after writing this I feel a little better
