Hi everyone. My name is Niki and Iam a 25 yr old wife and mother of 2.In December I weighed 189lbs Today Iam 169. I came on here to get new ideas and help other people. I have never been to active until recently. I have started going to the gym and using the treadmill for 1/2 hour 5-6 nights a week and about 10 - 15 minutes of stretching every day. My goal is to weigh 145lbs by August.
