erm..where to start?
im 17 and live in england,
i have never been a skinny child and in my teens my weight reached its highest (240lbs) this was due to me moving away from my friends, but i cant make up excuses, it was me that put on the weight
That was 5months ago, but i moved again (to stoke on trent) i really like it here! i have loads of friends and i love being active
Since moving to Stoke i have lost over 20pounds! this is probably because the people i hang out with now i so much nicer, and i'm not shy around them.
i have done many fad diets since the age of 14, but what a waste of time! im loosing weight safely by swapping fizzy drinks for water and walking to college.
I also swapped my Playstation2 for an Air walker! i try and exercise 15mins a day in the morning (this raises my motabalism)
i Joined this forum because i think it's nice to talk with others who are loosing weight, also its great willpower since none of my friends need to loose the weight
But i think the most important thing is...i am loosing the wieght for MYSELF and not the anyone else
Anyways im kinda shy i don't like talkign about me at all, but give me time...and you wont be able to shut me up!
