Hi eveyone.

I am new to this site and am looking to lose weight. I would like to lose about 20-30 Lbs by fall. Fall is my favorite season of the year and me being from upstate NY i get to enjoy the changing of the leaves each fall. I also have a wedding to attend this year in the fall and i would like to look amazing. I began my weight loss about 2 years ago at the weight of 230 lbs. I am now under 160lbs. I would like to get to at least 130lbs. I know that i would be so happy if i could. I have alot of problem areas with my body as well and maybe i could get some tips here from some of you while getting some tips and encouragement to help me on my journey. Congratulations on your weight loss so far. You have clearly found out a lot about losing weight and I am sure that you will make the wedding weightloss milestone.

If you think that joining a challenge would help motivate you over the next few months - check out the challenges section. I am in the process of kicking off a challenge which will run across the next couple of months and you would be more than welcome to join in the fun.

I agree with Margaret, try the challenges section. I am notorious for getting bored and quitting stuff, and these challenges are very re-motivating!
I hope you get to your goal. Mine is quite similar; I'm at 150, trying to get to 125 in the next few months. Maybe we can pace each other!
