Hi Alana - welcome to our forum.

There are lots of tips here if you check out the sections on exercise and nutrition - especially the sticky threads.
 
I mainly hang out in the challenges section these days. I pretty much abandoned my diary a while back because there are only so many hours in the day and I do not get around to visiting the diaries of my many friends here...

I am running a challenge called the Summer Shake Up. You would be more than welcome to join in. I do impose a lot of work on the participants - but it is all stuff that should bring excellent weight loss in the healthiest of ways...
