Hello everyone, i'm new here

I've recently lost 135lbs. in the past year, from 400 down to 265. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I've just been doing some hardcore dieting and very little exercise. I'm still losing, but I'm worried about having excess skin hanging if I lose much more. I'm lifting weights, but what do I need to do to tighten those loose skin areas such as the belly, the chest, the lovehandles and the arms? I'll post a current pic so you guys can see where I'm at.

Second, congrats on a huge weight loss!

Third, there is some difference of opinion as to how to get rid of the excess skin, which seems to affect different people differently. Some people lose more weight than you with no flabby skin. Others lose less and have loose skin. Toning the muscles through exercise has helped some to varying degrees but the surefire method is plastic surgery...
