I'm a 19 year old male, currently weighing about 235 lbs. am 6'5" tall. I am currently living in the Dominican Republic. I was born in NY and moved here in 2001. I have a little experience in weight training since I used to work out about 2 years ago. I am currently not weight training and I have lost almost 80 pounds over the last 4 months. I want to lose more weight so I start weight training again and I would like to learn on how to maintain my weight after I reach my goal. So help me, please!!!
I'm here to obtain knowledge on everything that has to do with fitness and proper exercising.
