Hello everyone! My name is Pedro, and I'm 19-years-old. I'm a college student from Puerto Rico. However, I'm moving to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in August as I'm transferring to study over there! Very excited for that!
I'm a bit overweight. I'm 5'8 and currently weigh 222 pounds exactly. Here's a picture of me;
And here is a full body picture;
In 2009, I actually went through a great diet and exercise plan recommended by my nutritionist and lost 32 pounds exactly. However, I stopped when I took a break from college and now in a year and a half I gained 22 back! I'm just 10 pounds away to go to my original weight. And I don't want that.
I tried the original plan I used back in 2009. But there's a big problem. I don't go back to school until August (when I move to Philadelphia), and I pretty much spend most of my time in my home. And one of my bad habits is to constantly eat when I'm bored, or just doing stuff around the house. Not only that but my sleeping schedule is very messed up since I don't have any big responsibilities.
I joined this forum to meet others like me, and possibly try to find the motivation I'm looking for! I really want to lose at least 20 pounds before August comes. Although now Summer time comes, and it's a bit challenging since it's when I'll be going out the most. But I believe in myself!
