Hi all, new to this forum and very excited to hear what you all have to say. I was near 300lbs until 2009 when I stopped getting hungry and lost 90lbs. It was very unhealthy, and my kidneys almost failed. When I had it under control I went back to around 235lbs. At that point I decided to do it the right way and hit the gym (dec 2011). As of today I am 6'0" 187lbs 17% body fat and feel healthier then ever. I haven't been following any diets or exercise regimen, but I've used common sense and seen major results
