Hi guys. I'm Ramzy from Cairo, Egypt. i'm posting here cause i've ran out of tricks.

I'm 27 years old and my wedding is on July 14th. i am 6Ft tall "180 Cm" and i was 134KG in April.. i've lost about 33 Lbs in 6 weeks and i'm now 120 and in an acceptable body shape.

I am on a strict dies for those 6 weeks and i've never once eaten anything more than what i should eat. also i go the gym 5-7 times a week depending on my work schedule.

Now i've been stuck on 119KGs for like 8 days and i dont know what to do. some people say i've to ruin the diet for a day or pop up the calories that i eat, some other say i've to change the diet, others say that what i lost was water and the harder is what to come. I'm lost and i dont know what to do.

My diet is: Breakfast: Diet Toast with a piece of no fat cheese
Lunch: Lots of salad and 150 of grilled chicken "without oil"
Dinner: An apple or what's worth 50 Calories of water melon.

I drink lots of water by nature near 4 liters a day. and i dont drink any juices or any sodas.

I need your help fellas.. i want to lose another 30 lbs in those coming 50 days before my wedding.

wow..BAD idea. You are wanting to lose way too much weight in that short amount of time. To be honest here, this is a dangerous diet you are on. Are you under medical supervision? I think you are better off re-adjusting your goal to something more realistic. The suggested amount is 1% of your body weight a week. More than that and you can actually do damage to yourself.
 
Thanks a lot for your help my friend. but i've lost such weigh in around the same time. I want to keep on losing on regular basis.. i love your advice, but my body can take on that especially i'm training well and sleeping well.

Do you have any idea or a clue why my body isn't losing any more weight?
 
based off the diet and how fast you lost weight? You hit a plateau. I want to point something out. You said you lost this weight this fast before...so you wasn't able to keep it off. Likely cause you crash dieted. That is what you are doing. We don't support or help people crash diet. This forum is for helping each other lose weight in a healthy way.

Congratulations on your weight loss but I'm sorry. You are damaging yourself. I suggest speaking to a doctor first.
 
Can I ask how you are "training"? If you are not adding carbs into your diet even 2 oz 2 times a day especially after working out then your body is eating all the fat and muscle and you will lose the weight quickly but you will quickly gain it back.

A lot of people I know and help love the "no carb" diets which are great but everyone gains it back way to fast.

You need to change up your meal plan and add some food to your body. High protein and a small about of carbs. eggs are great and yogurt are wonderful. Even 8 oz of yogurt and add about 6 oz of a cut up apple and then maybe a oz of grain like oatmeal.

You have to change you up workout too. If you are doing the same thing every time your working out then your body is use to it. You have do something different. Add some cardio, extra reps when lifting, you need more.
 
Jericho: i used to play sports "hand ball" to be exact which is a very tough sport, and i had an injury and during that recovery i gained lots of weight, then i kept playing for like 2 more years when the doctors said i can't play anymore and i had to retire. Now my torn muscle is completely healed i gained around 80 lbs in 4 years cause i couldn't train.

My training is i run for like 3 km and cycle 3 more. then i do some weight lifting. Different Major and minor muscle everyday.

I gained that weight i lost before because i kept working for 4 years without any type of excercise

@ GVprincess i think you have a point. i should add more carbs to my body.. and i agree with Jericho and i also know that fast loss isn't good. but i want to look good in my wedding specially my girl is so skinny.

I think i will lower my target to be around 105 KGs by july which is doable in a healty way i guess.

Also my nature of work is not easy. I'm a communication engineer and i Climb up cell phone towers from 15 to 70 meters to check everything is in position that's beside some times i've to drive for 4-5 hours to arrive a new site.

I would love your help guys. i'm not a closed minded guy and i just want to look good by my wedding.

And i hate the fact that I LOVE FOOD. i really do specially what i cook and i don't love just normal food. i love pizza, burgers, all kind of pasta which is a very bad diet :D
