I am dvj140. I am female in my mid-40's and live in Wales. I desperately want to lose weight, and am struggling with it at the moment as it is yo-yoing at the moment. I have been very ill during the last year and need to lose weight for health reasons. I find slimming world and weight watchers far to expensive to join. What I would like is a weight loos buddy so we can spur each other on. and I am hoping there will be buddies on this forum for support and virtual company for weight loss as losing weight on your own is very hard indeed.
