I wanted a place where I can track and log my weight-loss efforts ... I am 36, female, 180lbs and have a long term goal of getting down to 150lbs which will put me in a 'normal' BMI (I am 5'6"). I am a member of a gym and have just started getting stuck into the machines, mainly used it for swimming before as I find it a nice way to chill after a stressful day at work.
My downfall is socialising - in particular, getting stuck into the hospitality at work functions etc, drinking way too much when out with friends and then stopping off at the kebab shop on the way home ... I know, I know, I am a classy bird!!
I need to stock up at the shops tomorrow - my cupboards are bare and also think about how I am going to approach this. I have a work function tomorrow night but then a clear week so will get a plan in place for Tuesday.

I enjoy going out for drinks also. But now I just drink once a week instead. You will find what is right for you to achieve success. Boy the more I read you thread I think it is me talking. Right down to the height and weight. I have managed to loss 20 pounds so I know you can do this. Good luck! Tina
