Hey guys and gals. My name is Ryan and I live in VA. I was researching weight loss on line and I came across this site and figured I would say hi. I am 6'0" and weigh 240 pounds. Yes I'm heavy, but not grossly obese. I am interested in getting ideas and plans together to lose some weight to feel better about myself. But I look forward to talking with everybody and hopefully seeing some progress in myself
