Hello Everybody, New To Working Out So Some Advice Would Be Highly Appreciated :)

Hey guys, I'm 23 years old and quite skinny, I weigh around 56 kgs and am around 5 feet 8inches tall....I've been a major pot head for like 6 years and never really cared much about anything and I woke up one day and thought to myself "WTF ARE YOU DOING SON?" lol so....yeah...I've joined up at gym nearby and been 2 weeks since I've been going daily and as of now I just ask people around and do random exercises but my goal is make my own little training regime and also to learn more about working and get some advice from people who have been in my place before....so yeah, that's me....hey guys

straight off the bat I'd appreciate any input you might have and oh I have quite a weak digestive system so I can take absolutely no supplements, not even whey....so it's going to be a long hard road for me but I'm ready...
