Hello! Bit of help please

I've been injured for about the last 2 years.

Fitness is very important to me so obviously i have been a bit depressed.

Back to full health now and need to regain finess.

I'm 18yo 180lbs 6ft3 and have no fitness at all at the moment

Ultimately I want to play rugby again for this I want to put on about 30-40lbs and have excelent fitness.

I need to work out a diet, a CV routine and a weightlifting routine.
(have barbell etc home gym stuff and fields behind me for running if this helps)

What is the best way to go about this.

Any help will be really apreciated.
