My name's Haven. I played every sport I could get into, mostly soccer and basketball, before college. Now in my third college year, taking research jobs left and right, I remain healthy but am only now finding the time to change that descriptor from "healthy" to "fit" again. Male, about six feet and 150 pounds, with a solid set of visible abs, I'd like to further sharpen them - I miss that beautiful compression feeling of a good set of sit-ups and crunches. However, my body seems to both (1) have forgotten how to move like that and (2) be unable to bring my chest over the pelvis for a proper sit-up. Suggestions for improvement and recapturing that sensation?
