Hello All

My name is Renee and I served in the Army for 4 years, i got out in 2009. I want to get back to my military weight of 120lbs, I am currently 220lbs. I am starting Insanity and P90X on Monday so I am hoping for results. My husband is deployed to Afghanistan right now and I am using this time to concentrate on making my life and my 3 year old daughters life healthier.

welcome to the forum. careful starting any new programs so that you don't hurt yourself. The key is consistency ... if you can maintain a good calorie burning program 3-4 / week, every week, than it doesn't really matter what program you are doing.
